| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share of Rs. 5 each, (i.e. 25 percent) for the financial year 2014-2015, for the approval of the members at the ensuing annual general meeting.
2. The final dividend, if declared by the members at the annual general meeting, will be paid on or before August 21, 2015. |
