1. To appoint Shri Siddharth Gupta as Additional Director of the Company under Section 260 of the Companies Act.
2. To appoint Shri Siddharth Gupta as Whole Time Director of the Company and fixed his remunerations and other terms and conditions.
3. To approve draft Annual Reports alongwith Annual accounts thereon directors and auditors reports of the company for F.Y. 2009-2010.
4. To fix the date of 30th Annual General Meeting for the year 2010 and fix the date of the Book Closure for the year 2010 and approve draft Notice of the AGM. |
