2. Re-appointment of Mr. P V R Murthy & Mr. Anoj Menon as Directors liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s Kanu Doshi Associates as Statutory Auditors
4. Authorizing the Board to appoint Branch Auditors.
5. Alteration of Articles of Association Insertion of article 154A.
6. Mr. Yashovardhan Birla appointment as a Director shall not be subject to retirement by rotation.
7. Appointment of Mr. Richard D'Souza as the MANAGER of the Company. |
