The REVISED date of the Board Meeting is Monday, 14.08.2017. This is to further inform that a Audit Committee meeting will also be held on the same date prior to the Board Meeting to discuss and review the quarterly financial results. Further, pursuant to Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', please note that as initiated vide our earlier Notice, the Trading Window already stands closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from 01.08.2017 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30.06.2017 of the FY 17-18.
