| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 and Dividend if any.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares. |
