1. Mr. K. G. Gupta, Managing Director and Mr. Noel da Silva, CFO & Company Secretary has been designated as Key Managerial Personnel.
2. Mr. K. G. Gupta has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2015.
3. Mrs. Shashi Kumar Katreddi has been appointed as Additional, Non Executive, Independent Woman Director w.e.f. March 31, 2015.
4. Mrs. Girija G. Nagvekar, Practising Company Secretary, has been appointed as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
5. Re-constituted the Risk Management Committee. |
