Furhter, as per the provisions of the Company's Policy on Insider Trading (the " Policy ") formulated to regulate and report trading by insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders from February 06, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (as per the Company's aforesaid Policy ) and their immediate relatives. |
