Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been preponed and is now scheduled to be held on November 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
Accordingly, the Trading Window shall now remain closed from November 20, 2016 to December 02, 2016, i.e. 10 days prior to the day on which the price sensitive information is published and 2 days after the price sensitive information is published in terms of the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider of the Company. |
