| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2016 17:59:34 | NK Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2016, has taken the following decisions:
1. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Job Work Agreement for entering into transaction of Job work with M/s. N K Proteins Private Limited under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board of Directors also considered the proposal of purchasing a refining unit for refining of non-edible/edible oil and authorised the Directors to finalise the said proposal.
3. Further inform that the Board of Directors has decided to convene and hold its 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company on July 30, 2016 at 4.00 p.m. at ATMA Hall, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad - 380 009.
