C)CUT OFF DATE:18th September, 2017 has been fixed as the cutoff date for the purpose of offering E-voting facility to the members of the Company in respect of the business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
D)E-VOTING PERIOD: Friday 22nd September, 2017 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on Sunday 24th September, 2017 (5.00 p.m. IST).
The Copy of Annual report for the Financial Year 2016-17 along with the notice of calling 29th Annual General Meeting will be sent in due course.
