| Exchange Received Time 28/11/2017 17:31:32 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/11/2017 17:31:42 Time Taken 00:00:10 | With reference to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015, intimation hereby provided to the Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 13th December, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. onwards inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and the half year ended 30th September, 2017.
Also, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from 08th December, 2017 and would remain closed until 48 hrs after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017.
