Dear Sirs / Madam, The Company has delisted the GDRs from the London Stock Exchange, effective February 28, 2017 and accordingly the Deposit Agreement, dated October 7, 1994, between the Company and The Bank of New York Mellon (the 'Depository'), (the 'Deposit Agreement') has also been terminated. As a result of the termination of the Deposit Agreement, any remaining holders of the GDRs will receive the net proceeds of the sale of the underlying equity shares sold by the Depository. The date on which the Depository will sell remaining deposited equity shares has not been determined. Kindly take the above in your records and host in your website. |
