Goyal, Mrs. Shubharangana N. Goyal, Mr. Navdeep N. Goyal, Mr. Kamal R. Aggarwal and Mrs. Minal K. Aggarwal ("Acquirers") for acquisition of up to 18,47,224 (Eighteen Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Four) representing 26% of the paid up equity shares capital of the Target Company under Regulation 26(7) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
