| Exchange Disseminated Time | Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2016, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 alongwith the Consolidated Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.
2. Consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Trading by Insiders (‘the Code’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons (i.e. Directors/officers) and other connected persons as covered under the Code from May 06, 2016 and shall open 48 hours after the Financial Results are submitted to the stock exchange. |
