| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/12/2016 15:08:06 | Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016 at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider the results in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day, prior to the Board Meeting.
Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from December 05, 2016 till the end of business hours on December 15, 2016, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchange. The same has been intimated to all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company. |
