1. consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2014; and
2. recommend Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, as per the company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for connected persons covered under the said Code, from May 08, 2014 to May 16, 2014 and the same will reopen on May 17, 2014. |
