| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:
1. Un-audited Financial Statement of the Company for Standalone & Consolidated for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
2. Declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from February 04, 2015 and will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results and declaration of Dividend, if any, to the Stock Exchange on February 14, 2015. |
