| Exchange Received Time 14/06/2017 13:21:45 Exchange Disseminated Time 14/06/2017 13:21:52 Time Taken 00:00:07 | We refer to our letter dated May 13, 2017 submitting Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2017 alongwith fourth quarter results, Auditors report and the requisite declaration on unmodified opinion post our Board meeting on the same date. However, inadvertently, we had attached the incorrect version of the financial results along with our above mentioned letter.
In this regard, we hereby submit the corrected Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2017. The only change, on account of the proposed dividend, in the financial results submitted to you earlier is as below:
'Reserves and Surplus' (both standalone and consolidated) have increased by Rs. 632.36 lacs.
'Short-term Provisions' (both standalone and consolidated) have decreased by Rs. 632.36 lacs.
There is no change in the Profit and Earnings per Share (EPS) numbers (both standalone and consolidated). |
