| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/10/2015 17:16:26 | The Exchange had sought clarification from PTC India Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Financial Express on October 14, 2015 titled "PTC India in pact to buy Solar power from SECI"
PTC India Ltd replied stating "PTC India Limited ("PTC") is in the business of power trading and it executes MOUs/PPAs for purchase and sale of power on routine basis as a business activity. Therefore, the MOU signed between PTC and SECI also is of routine nature, hence it was not communicated to Exchange before sending for press release." |
