Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board took on record the resignations of the following Independent Directors as they had individually expressed their inability to continue on the Board given their existing professional commitments, with effect from 14th August 2017.

b. Mr. Raj Kumar Menon (DIN 00002897)
c. Mr. Rafeeque Ahamed (DIN 00013749)
It may please be noted that the 3 Independent Directors were associated with the Company for more than three decades and served the Board with great distinction
