| Exchange Disseminated Time | Swan Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Dhamishta Tanna, an Additional Director (Independent), appointed at the Board Meeting held on August 14, 2014, has tendered her resignation from the directorship of the company with effect from September 22, 2014.
The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted the above resignation by passing resolution by circulation on September 24, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that in view of the above, an Agenda item number 11 of the Notice dated 14/08/2014, convening AGM, having become in fructuous, will not be considered at the ensuing AGM to be held on September 29, 2014 and shall stand as dropped. |
