- Re-Appointment of Smt. Shalini Nopany, as Managing Director for a further period of Five years w.e.f. January 25, 2015.
The Board has also taken note of the SEBI letter dated January 05, 2015, wherein SEBI has directed the Company to maintain Status-quo in the matter regarding re-classification of Company’s shareholding in Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited and Zuari Global Limited. |
