Also, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window for the directors and designated employees shall be closed from January 31, 2017 till February 10, 2017 for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 of the Company. |
