| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hotel Rugby Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 28, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2011, and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on March 31, 2011, together with the Reports of Directors and Auditors.
2. Re-appointment Mr. Ashok Kadakia, as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. R. Kabra & Company, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
4. Appointment of Mr. Jyotindra Kapadia as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
