| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following resolutions;
1. To the holding of office or place of profit in the Company by Smt. Vaidehi Kanoria, a relative of Shri R. V. Kanoria, Managing Director of the Company, as General Manager (Human Resources) with effect from October 01, 2011, at a basic salary of Rs. 60,000/- per month and other allowances, perquisites, benefits and amenities as per the rules of the Company, with the authority to the Board of Directors to change her designation from time to time and to grant annual increment, effective 1 April every year, upto 50% of her last drawn remuneration.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Shri H. M. Choraria, a practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot voting process.
Duly Completed the Postal Ballot form Should reach the Scrutinizer on or before September 19, 2011,
The result of the Postal Ballot Voting, after the same is reported by the Scrutinizer to the Company, will be announced at the Registered Office of the Company on September 22, 2011. |
