This is to inform in pursuance of regulation 30 read with Para A (7) Part 'A' of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that M/s Gattamaneni & Co, Auditors were appointed by the members in their annual general meeting held on 27.09.2017 as statutory auditors of the Company in place of existing Auditors M/s JVSL & Associates whose term expired at the conclusion of the said meeting.
