| Exchange Disseminated Time | Steelcast Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2016, inter alia to consider and approve the following items:
1. Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015
2. Increase in authorized share capital of the Company.
In this connection, the Company is required to close the Trading Window as per the Company's Code of Fair Disclosures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons from January 19, 2016 to February 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
The Trading Window will open again on February 2, 2015. |
