1. Resignation letter received from Mr. A. Venkatrangan, Executive Director of the Company w.e.f end of the working hours of October 03, 2014.
2. Mr. Suresh Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, will step down from the position of Managing Director of the Company after end of working hours of August 06, 2014. Mr. Suresh Gupta will continue as Chairman of the Company. |
