| Exchange Disseminated Time | IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had redeemed 50 Lakhs 6% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each amounting to Rs. 50 Crores and 3 Lakhs 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each amounting to Rs. 3 Crores on March 23, 2015 as per the terms of the issue, as amended.
Accordingly, the Preference Share Capital of the Company has decreased from Rs.2,498,578,000 to Rs. 1,968,578,000 comprising of 19,685,780 Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each fully paid up. |
