1. Resolved that Resignation of Mr. Vedanta Ramanujam Srinivasan Director is hereby accepted by Board of Directors effective from February 21, 2014 and relieved from the Board.
2. Resolved further that pursuant to section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956, Shri. J Gurumurthi who signified his consent to act as Independent Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors has consented Mr. J Gurumurthi to join the Board in the capacity of Independent Director effective from February 21, 2014. |
