| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/02/2017 17:58:06 | Ganesh Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 01, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the issue of Equity Shares of the Company on preferential basis.
Further, the Board of Directors will also consider and approve for calling the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the company for obtaining approval of increase in Authorised capital of the company and issue of shares on preferential basis.
Further, as per Code of Conduct framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 25th February, 2017 till 3rd March, 2017 i.e. after forty eight hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting. |
