Further, as per the 'Creative Eye Limited Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading" in securities of the company and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company have been closed for the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from August 11, 2017 till August 23 , 2017 (both days inclusive).
