| Exchange Disseminated Time | BASF India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in terms of the provision of Clause 3, sub-clause 2 of the Model Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Activities as adopted by the Company, the Company is required to notify "Trading Window Closure period" to all its Insiders, as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2002.
In this connection, the Company proposes to notify the period from January 09, 2015 to January 21, 2015 as the "Trading Window Closure Period" to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on January 20, 2015. |
