| Exchange Disseminated Time | TRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 27, 2015 has been postponed and will now be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2015.
Further the Company noted that at the said meeting the Board shall also consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. |
