- The Accumulated losses of the Company as per the audited financial statements for the 15 months period ended on June 30, 2013 have resulted in erosion, by more than 50%, of the peak net worth in the immediately preceding four financial years and as per the statutory provisions of section 23 of SICA, the Company is required to make necessary reference to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) and comply with other requirements of section 23(1) of SICA. |
