| Exchange Disseminated Time | Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, has approved the following:
1. Re-appointment of Executive Director & CEO
Mr. Harish Mathur has been the Executive Director & CEO of the Company since October 1, 2011. His appointment was for a period of three years upto October 1, 2014. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 28, 2014 approved reappointment of Mr. Harish Mathur as Executive Director & CEO of the Company for a period of five year w.e.f. October 1. 2014, subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 29,2014.
2. Appointment of Key Managerial Personnel
In terms of the Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the following have been appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company by the Board of Directors;-
• Mr. Harish Mathur, Executive Director & CEO
• Ms. Monisha Macedo. Senior Vice President
• Mr. Rajiv Jain, CFO
• Ms. Pooja Agarwal, Company Secretary |
