| Exchange Disseminated Time | Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2011, inter alia, have passed to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011, the Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the Financial Year 2010-2011 and the Reports of the Auditors and Directors report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Sevantilal Popatlal Shah and Mr. Arun Kumar Rao as Independent Director of the company who were liable to retire by rotation.
3. Reappointment M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountant, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2011-2012.
4. Appointment of Mr. Ravi Gupta as Independent Director pursuant to Section 257 of the Companies Act, 1956 and liable to retire by rotation.
5. Appointment of Mr. Akhil Awasthi as Independent Director pursuant to Section 257 of the Companies Act, 1956 and liable to retire by rotation.
6. Appointment of Mr. Shyam Mani as Independent Director pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act, 1956 and liable to retire by rotation. |
