Further, as per PNB Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from 25.07.2017 (Tuesday) to 4th August 2017 (Friday) (both dates inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank.
