1. Dr. J. N. Singh, IAS, Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company in place of Shri G. R. Aloria, IAS.
2. Shri G. R. Aloria, IAS, has ceased to be the Director and Chairman of the Company pursuant to his retirement as the Chief Secretary to Government of Gujarat.
3. Shri Sujit Gulati, IAS, has been appointed as the Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
4. Dr. T. Natarajan, IAS has been appointed as the Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
5. Mr. Nitin Patil, In-charge CEO (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, has been redesignated as the Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. |
