| Exchange Disseminated Time | Samkrg Pistons & Rings Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Approval of Audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 and Balance Sheet as on that date along with the Reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend 30% i.e. @ 3.00/- per equity share.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. V Chakrapani, as Director of the Company by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. M N Thakkar as Director of the Company by rotation.
5. Appointment of M/s. Ravi & Keshav, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
6. Re-appointment of Shri S D M Rao, as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 Years. |
