C. S. Chaubey & Co. (ICAI FRN - 138267W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, in place of the retiring auditors - M/s. D. Dadheech & Co., for a term 5 years from the conclusion of the ensuing AGM until the conclusion of the 15th AGM of the Company, subject to the ratification by shareholders at every AGM.
