| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Outcome of Board meeting held on May 30, 2014, Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd has now informed BSE that there is a minor correction with reference to appointment of independent Directors i.e. Mr. R. N. Gupta and Mr., Amol Autade.
- Mr. R. N. Gupta and Mr. Amol Autade were appointed as Independent Directors by the Board for a term of Five Years from the date of their appointment i.e. May 30, 2014 and not five years from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual general meeting. |
