| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following business matters :
1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015.
2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from April 30, 2015 to May 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2015. |
