| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 27, 205 has declared an Interim Dividend at 30% (Rs 3/- per share) on equity shares of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ending on March 31, 2005.
Further the Company has informed that the dividend will be paid by the Company on February 21, 2005 to those members whose names appeared on the Register of Members on February 08, 2005 being the record date for the said purpose. |
