1. Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) in accordance with the Regulation 8(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
2. Code of Conduct for regulation, monitoring and reporting of trading by insider in accordance with the Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. |
