Proposal of Dividend: The Board at the ensuing meeting may consider declaration of final dividend for the financial year

Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures: The Board may also consider issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures at the ensuing Board Meeting.
Trading window closure: as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
