1. Approval of setting up of a new manufacturing unit at Peruvoyal Village, Thiruvallur District in the State of Tamil Nadu:
The Board has approved the setting up of a new manufacturing unit at Peruvoyal Village. Thiruvallur District in the State of Tamil Nadu which will take over the production that are outsourced to various satellite units.
2. Approval for appointment of Independent Director:
Board of Directors have approved the appointment of Mrs. Renuka Mohan Rao as an additional Director (non-executive, Independent) of the Company as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from February 09, 2017.
