Dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after October 03, 2015.
The Company is providing e-voting facility to its shareholders, in respect of all shareholders' resolutions, to be passed at the Annual General Meeting. The e-voting period will start on September 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. and will end on September 28, 2015 at 05:00 p.m. |
