| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/05/2016 10:36:03 | Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has recommended the payment of dividend @ 15% on paid up, share capital of the Company i.e., Rs. 1.50 (one rupee fifty paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, the Board also approved & took note of resignation of Dr. A. H. Praveen from Directorship & Committees membership and Sri. Agadi Kailashnath appointed as Director in casual vacancy caused due to resignation of Dr. A. H. Praveen. |
