| Exchange Disseminated Time | In light of the Ex Parte Ad Interim Order dated March 22, 2016 and advise of the Securities Exchange Board of India in the matter of Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited ('Sharepro'), Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will soon be terminating the agreement entered into with Sharepro for availing of Registrar & Transfer services from them and will be making alternate arrangements for the same.
Further, the Company is in the process of initiating a through audit of the records and systems for the past several years with respect to dividends paid by the Company and securities transferred.
The Company will make necessary disclosures on developments in this regard. |
